Annual VFW Auxiliary Tamale Sale

It’s time once again for  Cristella Torres and her crew of Ladie’s  Auxiliary members, which include several nationally known Tamale chefs, to begin taking orders for those once-a-year VFW tamales.  These delicious fund-raising Tamales are a bargain at $12 per dozen. Deadline for  your orders and payment is Friday March 12. The tamales will be made fresh on Saturday the 13th and can be picked up at the Post between noon and 4 pm. Get your orders in early to help us with the  planning. Rumor has it that several customers were slightly trampled during last year’s last minute rush.  To order call the Post at 445-3318 or 445-0584 at home.
